Cancellation Policy

Deposit Customers will be required to make a 50% deposit once the event is booked. The deposit may be refunded only if notice of cancelation is given more than 48 hours before the event. Booking Policy Customers may book orders or catering services online in advance, subject to availability. All bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or email. Please ensure all order details are correct at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance for catering or scheduled bookings. Orders canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund due to food preparation and scheduling. *Same-day orders cannot be canceled once preparation has begun. No-Show Policy Failure to pick up a confirmed order or arrive at the scheduled time may result in forfeiture of payment. Repeated no-shows may limit future booking privileges. Waitlist Policy If a time slot or service is fully booked, customers may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, customers will be notified in the order they joined the waitlist. Availability is not guaranteed, and confirmation is required once notified. Late Arrival Policy For scheduled pickups or catering services, a delay of more than 15 minutes without notice may result in order cancellation, depending on service volume and availability.
